All players must sign a medical release form when they register.    For those who do not have a copy they can download it from this site.

Insurance

Youth players, coaches, and assistant coaches are covered by VYSA accident insurance during each season at scheduled  practices and games. A deductible and policy limits apply. The VYSA policy is secondary to insurance maintained by parents.
